The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects to support hospital quality and patient safety. This role involves working closely with various clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support process and performance improvement initiatives. A key responsibility will be managing the process for Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) in collaboration with medical staff. Key responsibilities include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and summarizing project status for Hospital Leadership. The Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional projects that drive organizational change and strategic initiatives, coordinating efforts across multiple departments to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Projects must be delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
