The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing all capital projects within the organization to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves working with the manufacturing manager to plan and designate resources, monitor project progress, and provide reports to management. The position requires reviewing material and labor requirements, developing and managing detailed project schedules, predicting necessary resources, and monitoring both purchased component costs and deliveries against the project plan and budget. The Project Manager will also work with purchasing to manage vendors and suppliers, provide regular project updates, and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the role includes building labor and material card information for capital equipment and work order jobs as needed, and performing any other responsibilities as required by the President.
