The Project Manager will manage multiple projects, reporting to the Business PMO Director. The individual will work cross-functionally to plan, direct and coordinate projects and is responsible for day-to-day project management, including managing scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. This role will provide exposure to many aspects of our business and opportunities to support special projects. This individual will work closely with the Process Improvement Team, Business Intelligence Team, and cross-functional partners and work streams to help implement process changes, drive strategic initiatives and improve performance. Qualified candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of the scope of operations, technology, and business functions and how they interact in order to achieve business objectives. Prior process improvement and data analytics experience and strong leadership and communication skills are required.
