About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept through completion. As a key member of the team, you will oversee all phases of construction, collaborate with field leadership and clients, and ensure projects are executed with precision, safety, and excellence. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Underground wet utilities or roadside fiber installation experience
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
• Experience with project management software (Premier, Clue, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, cost projections, and execution plans.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and change orders, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and labor to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the primary liaison to clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Partner closely with superintendents to monitor field operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality control.
• Proactively identify risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects moving.
• Provide consistent progress reporting to leadership and clients.
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and final handover.
