About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements. The Project Manager develops and implements cost control measures and level-of-service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements for assigned buildings. They oversee inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies. The Project Manager is an industry professional with extensive client relationship experience and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of progressive leadership, business development, and proven industry experience managing in a multi-site service industry.
