As a Project Manager with WOW you will lead the end-to-end execution of various digital solutions. This client-facing role works closely with internal marketing, creative and development teams to support efficient, on-time, and on-budget delivery of projects. Project work could include, but is not limited to, discovery and development of custom websites and e-commerce solutions, website maintenance, email marketing, media and various website optimizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Digital Marketing/Technical Project Management to include experience with web development, digital marketing and/or eCommerce required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve day-to-day project challenges.
• Ability to engage with all levels of project stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet, PowerPoint and Excel.
• General understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and think and act intentionally while under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Agency or consultancy experience preferred but not required.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore/nearshore team combinations is a plus.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Create project timelines, manage budget and scope.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and updates to clients and internal leadership regularly.
• Maintain project documentation and weekly burn reports.
• Manage project resourcing and weekly allocations throughout the project life-cycle.
