The Project Manager will lead the SRC team and work directly with NIWC Atlantic, NAVAIR, and FMS customer representatives to provide programmatic leadership, technical coordination, and oversight for all assigned FMS P‑3 Ground Support Station activities. Responsibilities include design, analysis, planning, integration, cybersecurity, and sustainment support in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for FMS Engineering, Logistics, and P‑3 Support. Tracking, managing, and coordinating all tasking across the integration, cyber security, and HBSS functional areas and will be responsible for performance, execution, and reporting for those areas Serving as the primary customer interface for assigned efforts, ensuring responsiveness, clear communication, and effective professional conduct in accordance with PWS Leading day‑to‑day operations supporting P‑3 ground support stations, ensuring alignment with NIWC Atlantic program objectives Coordinating and supporting Program Management Reviews (PMRs), System Requirements Reviews (SRRs), Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews (PDR/CDR), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) Preparing and delivering program briefs, schedules, trip reports, meeting minutes, action item tracking, and all required CDRLs Tracking and compiling bi‑weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual status reports, including cost, schedule, and performance metrics Coordinating pre‑installation engineering support, including software integration, testing, system verification, and support for PITCO and SOVT activities Ensuring proper coordination of engineering change proposals (ECPs), system requirements, test plans, and technical documentation Overseeing integration and testing of mission systems such as PID, ATOS, MARS, AMS, acoustic subsystems, and other P‑3‑specific applications Providing leadership for cybersecurity planning and execution, ensuring compliance with DISA STIGs, ACAS, HBSS, and PWS‑mandated security documentation Supporting cybersecurity requirements for software releases, system upgrades, and international deployments Coordinating with NIWC Atlantic on release/foreign disclosure management and security documentation Overseeing ISS Help Desk activities, ensuring timely response, tracking, and resolution of trouble tickets Supporting corrective maintenance, software patches, discrepancy resolution, and customer assistance via phone, email, or on‑site support Coordinating OCONUS travel for installation, testing, training, and sustainment activities Coordinating with logistics personnel to support inventory management, MSI updates, shipping documentation, and configuration control Ensuring proper documentation, redline updates, and posting of materials to FMS SharePoint sites Supporting development and updates of Installation Design Plans (IDPs), System Administration Guides, O&M Manuals, and training materials
