SUMMARY The Hospice Project Manager plays a vital role within the Implementation Team, coordinating efforts and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of new joint venture partnerships. This position is responsible for developing and managing project plans aligned with leadership directives, overseeing key tasks from due diligence through full implementation. The Project Manager engages stakeholders, ensures accountability for project milestones, and maintains structured documentation to support an efficient implementation process. Beyond implementation efforts, this role will also contribute to additional project management initiatives as needed. Travel Requirement: Up to 60% during implementation phases.
