This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely. The Project Manager plays a critical role within Professional Services by owning delivery outcomes for a portfolio of customer-facing implementation projects. This role partners cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality parameters. The ideal candidate is highly organized and proactive, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and navigate competing priorities. They bring exceptional communication skills, a disciplined approach to risk and issue management, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Success in this role requires a strong customer focus, a drive for results, and the ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships throughout project lifecycles typically spanning 3–5 months.
