Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study OR equivalent work experience.
  • Proven working experience in project management, ideally in the relevant industry.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience in using project management software's like MS Project, Basecamp, Zoho Projects etc.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Guide and support project team members, inspiring a sense of shared purpose within the project team.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct project reviews, ensuring key learnings are incorporated into team processes and behaviors.
  • Meet with stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
