Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study OR equivalent work experience.
- Proven working experience in project management, ideally in the relevant industry.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Experience in using project management software's like MS Project, Basecamp, Zoho Projects etc.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Guide and support project team members, inspiring a sense of shared purpose within the project team.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct project reviews, ensuring key learnings are incorporated into team processes and behaviors.
- Meet with stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
