About The Position

Willison Law PC is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join our
dedicated PM department in Prescott. This full-time, hybrid role presents an exciting

We offer a competitive salary range of $97,000 - $105,000 annually, along with

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the legal services industry
• 5+ years of experience in a director or vice-president role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple legal projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate communication among team members and external partners
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
