About The Position

Join a dynamic team within the Industrial Solutions Division as a Project Manager, where you will be responsible for managing and delivering sold projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing capital projects for industrial facilities and/or equipment supply.
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget from sales handover through customer acceptance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning.
  • Determine critical path items and coordinate execution to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and share project schedules with key milestone dates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report budget variances throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with customers to implement material and operational enhancements that improve system quality.
  • Align internal Industrial teams-including engineering, controls, procurement, assembly, testing, quality, logistics, and technical services-to meet milestone targets.
  • Forecast all project materials and services to align with expected Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Recognized Revenue/Earned Value based on milestone completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert in all customer communications.
