About The Position

Join a dynamic team within the Industrial Solutions Division as a Project Manager, where you will be responsible for managing and delivering sold projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing equipment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Construction Management.
5+ years of experience in managing capital projects for industrial facilities and/or equipment supply.
Strong understanding of engineering processes and documentation.
Strong understanding of procurement processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

PMP Certification is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget from sales handover through customer acceptance.
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning.
Determine critical path items and coordinate execution to meet deadlines.
Develop and share project schedules with key milestone dates for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and report budget variances throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with customers to implement material and operational enhancements that improve system quality.
Align internal Industrial teams-including engineering, controls, procurement, assembly, testing, quality, logistics, and technical services-to meet milestone targets.
Forecast all project materials and services to align with expected Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Recognized Revenue/Earned Value based on milestone completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert in all customer communications.
