Due to our continu ed growth, we are searching for a n accomplished construction Project Manager to jo in our d riven, hardworking and talented team. This client facing role will oversee all phases of the residential home building process from pre-construction through project close out . The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The role reports to the Director of Project Management and will be a central point of contact, coordinating between clients and our internal team of architects, designers, estimators, and skilled trades professionals . In the role you will: Bring strong knowledge of residential construction processes , education in construction or business management, and 5 years of hands-on construction and people management experience to facilitate simultaneous construction projects Possess strong project management and advanced planning skills with a strong s ense of follow-through to create detailed project plans , maintain up to date project schedules with milestones and deadlines , minimiz e slippage, and mitigat e project barriers Use your problem- solving , interpersonal , and written communication skills to engage with clients, educate on process, manage expectations , provide regular project updates, and ensure complete project satisfaction Enjoy leading through coaching, motivation, and feedback to support the construction s uperintendent , oversee vendor & subcontractor selection process , reinforce quality standards, and enable resolution of complex site or vendor issues Have an aptitude for budget management to m onitor project budgets, take steps to minimize budget variances, and report on budget s to clients and internal stakeholders Have a desire to k eep abreast of emerging industry practices , i dentify opportunities for process improvement s , and provide constructive feedback to implement change

Requirements

  • Bring strong knowledge of residential construction processes
