About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the successful delivery of technology and business initiatives from initiation through closeout. This role is well suited for an early career professional who is eager to grow in a structured PMO environment and gain hands-on experience in IT and cross-functional project work. The Project Manager will coordinate project plans, schedules, meetings, and status reporting; track action items and deliverables; and proactively communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders. This position serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, helping drive alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery while continuously improving PMO processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, or a related role (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Experience managing IT projects, system and network implementations, or technology-driven initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with project management concepts or methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, document notes, and track action items
  • Assist with resource coordination and task tracking across project teams
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or delays as needed
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and updates for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Support scope, schedule, and budget tracking
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
  • Perform additional tasks as needed
