The Role: The Franchise Project Manager (Conversions) leads the end-to-end transformation of existing Massage Heights franchise locations into Heights Wellness Retreats. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of each conversion, including construction and structural changes, rebranding, operational transitions, and the launch of an expanded wellness and biohacking-focused service model. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role ideal for a hands-on project manager who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments and has experience driving complex transformations from concept to completion. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of project management experience in multi-unit retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or franchise environments
Experience managing construction, renovations, or large-scale operational transformations
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Franchise system experience (strongly preferred)
Exposure to wellness, health, fitness, or biohacking services
Experience leading rebrands or concept conversions
PMP or other project management certification

Responsibilities

Coordinate the transition from the Massage Heights service model to the Heights Wellness Retreat model
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure all projects comply with brand standards, local regulations, and approved budgets
Support the rollout of new wellness and biohacking modalities, equipment, and services
Serve as the primary point of contact between franchisees and internal teams
Manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors
Track and report project status, risks, and milestones to leadership
