About The Position

The Project Manager will oversee all renovation and new construction projects within the system, ensuring that operations are minimally impacted during these processes. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Engineering to coordinate efforts and ensure a successful handoff of completed spaces. The Project Manager will report directly to the COO and will be part of the Operations & Finance Division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Business Field, or 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and transmit complicated detailed instructions both in writing and orally.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all renovation projects and new construction for the system.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Engineering to minimize operational impact during projects.
  • Ensure successful handoff of completed spaces to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain safety standards and manage project timelines effectively.
