As a Project Manager at NLCS, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence and contributing to meaningful initiatives that enhance the lives of older adults. Your expertise will help us navigate complex projects, foster collaboration across departments, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with our mission to honor, inspire, and support choice and opportunity in partnership with older adults. Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success at National Lutheran Communities & Services (NLCS). This dynamic position is responsible for the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects that align with our strategic objectives. The Project Manager will spearhead project initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and budget constraints. They will define and articulate project objectives, implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, and strategically allocate resources to orchestrate the efforts of cross-functional team members, third-party contractors, and consultants. Additionally, they will serve as a key liaison, providing comprehensive status updates on corporate projects that directly support the NLCS strategic plan to senior leadership.
