Description Description DASMEN Residential is seeking to hire a full-time Renovations Project Manager to oversee various initiatives related to renovations and landscaping. Travel is required. Project Planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for property-related initiatives such as renovations, construction projects, or landscaping improvements Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project objectives. Communication: Facilitating clear and consistent communication among project team members to keep them informed of project progress, milestones, and any issues that arise. Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure that work meets company standards and regulatory requirements Budget Oversight: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Problem-solving: Addressing challenges and obstacles that arise during project implementation, finding solutions to keep projects on track. Overall, a Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the satisfaction of all involved. Requirements Qualifications: A keen eye for detail is important for ensuring accuracy in project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
