About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects from planning through completion. This role is central to coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring projects are finished on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. The Project Manager will collaborate with clients, trade partners, and our internal team to bring complex lighting and technology projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively resolving conflicts and communicating updates.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material needs to optimize utilization and efficiency.
• Oversee planning for both A/V integration and electrical/lighting scopes across residential and commercial projects.
• Direct and support the Livewire Technician Team in day-to-day project execution.
• Lead by example, fostering accountability and teamwork across all job sites.
• Ensure proper allocation of labor, materials, and subcontractors for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and oversee reporting to minimize risk and cost overruns.
• Monitor the gap between estimated and actual margins, taking proactive steps to protect profitability.
• Ensure project data is accurately tracked and maintained in the project management software.
• Conduct site inspections at critical phases to verify quality and compliance.
• Guarantee timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to clients, leadership, and project teams regarding milestones, issues, and changes.
• Build long-term relationships by ensuring an excellent client experience and protecting Livewire’s reputation for quality and service.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall business objectives.
