Strategic Operations is looking for a Project Manager II to join our Project Management team. The StratOps Project Management team ensures high-value, high-priority work is executed to drive strategic goals and deliver business value. As a Project Manager II on the team you will lead complex projects ensuring timely delivery and effective cross-functional collaboration. You will proactively manage scope, risks, and stakeholders while driving execution and continuous improvement. This role will report to one of the 6 leaders on the team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive projects through all lifecycle phases, aligning execution with strategic goals and applying change management strategies to maximize adoption and impact.
  • Own scope, timelines, and risk mitigation, ensuring on-time delivery by tracking work progress, resolving blockers, and managing interdependencies.
  • Build trust with stakeholders through clear, consistent communication, influencing decisions and aligning cross-functional teams around shared objectives.
  • Deliver results by balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, resolving conflicts, and producing high-impact documentation and insights.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of project management experience.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including risk and change management.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, hold teams accountable, and drive alignment in complex projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience leading enterprise or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet.
  • Familiar with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Ability to influence and drive decision-making.
