We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for high value projects at Allied Steel Buildings, Inc. This individual will be responsible for managing the scheduling, budgeting, resource management, logistics, and primary client communication for mid to high complexity projects utilizing Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and conventional steel framing systems. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all project objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Sales and Technical Sales Support staff to assess targeted projects and prepare presentations and proposals. This role involves engaging technical consultants, advisors, and sales managers as needed, verifying pre-contract project activities, and preparing project management action plans to ensure compliance with schedules and budgets. The Project Manager will also oversee all aspects of project finances, including budgeting, cash flow, invoicing, and final reconciliation, while maintaining consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
