MEGMEET, a leading power electronics company, is seeking a Project Manager for its San Jose, California office. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, which involves navigating clients' RFQ systems and collaborating with internal teams to prepare quotations. This position requires a proactive approach to assist the Marketing and Sales teams in exploring and monitoring new clients and opportunities. The Project Manager will be responsible for effectively and consistently communicating the overall program status to all stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, the Project Manager will work collaboratively with external clients and internal teams to scope and define both short-term mitigation strategies and long-term engineering design or redesign plans that support business needs. Managing and driving project schedules, design implementations, reviews, and phase exits will be key responsibilities. The Project Manager will also provide project status updates and performance metrics to upper management and stakeholder committees, along with recommendations for improvements. Hosting and leading key project meetings will be a significant part of the role, where the Project Manager will propose meeting agendas and lead preparations from the U.S. side. Identifying and resolving conflicts efficiently, setting priorities to move projects forward, and highlighting risks and opportunities to the management team will be essential for success. Building close relationships with clients and their cross-functional teams will be vital to driving satisfaction and support improvements.
