As the Commercial Project Manager for Engineered Air Movement at SPX Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full cycle project management for an assigned territory and representative. This position is integral to ensuring that projects are managed effectively from inception to completion, maintaining compliance with contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously, which requires a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Your role will involve regular communication with major sub-suppliers, the Operations team, and internal stakeholders to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. You will also manage service tech startup visits, warranty claims, and quality assurance processes to ensure that all projects meet the high standards expected by our customers. In addition to customer support and communication, you will handle order processing and documentation. This includes managing change orders, claims, and customer returns, as well as resolving any order-related problems in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will serve as the primary contact for company representatives after the project has been released, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly. Your ability to evaluate customer needs and provide technical solutions that align with the company's product portfolio will be crucial in this role. Continuous improvement is a key focus at SPX Technologies, and you will assist in identifying and implementing process enhancements that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. By providing feedback and insights based on customer interactions, you will contribute to the ongoing development of business practices that support our mission of building innovative solutions for a sustainable world.
