About The Position
Maui Rental Connection Inc is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our property management operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess handyman experience, which will enable them to effectively delegate maintenance tasks that fall outside their expertise. The Project Manager will oversee project outcomes, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within the designated timelines. Building professional relationships with both our internal team and third-party vendors is crucial for success in this position. The Project Manager will also be responsible for documenting actions taken during projects to maintain clear communication and accountability. In addition to project oversight, the Project Manager will handle logistical tasks such as delivering items to our properties, picking up items, and managing inventory stock levels. This multifaceted role requires a proactive individual who can manage various responsibilities while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be a key player in our property management operations, contributing to the overall success of our company and the satisfaction of our clients.
