The position involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle to build trust and satisfaction. The role requires coordination with internal scientific departments, support teams, and leadership to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables. The individual will manage full client programs from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities also include overseeing project billing, revenue recognition, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, and proactively managing scope changes and budget impacts. Adherence to GLP, GCP, OECD, 21 CFR Part 11, and GDP standards is essential, along with following applicable SOPs and supporting client audits as needed. The role requires monitoring study progress using project management systems, leading client meetings, documenting minutes, and escalating concerns appropriately. Additionally, the individual will review contracts and manage projects according to defined scope, communicating changes and their impact on timelines and budgets. Participation in departmental committees and process improvement initiatives is also expected.
