About The Position
The WTW Private Equity & Transactional Solutions Industry Vertical Division is dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to private equity sponsors and strategic buyers. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Insurance Due Diligence Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing insurance due diligence projects, ensuring comprehensive analysis and assessment of the insurance-related costs, liabilities and risk exposures of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
