About The Position

Requirements

• Experience as a project manager in a project delivery environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Experience in space planning, ADA codes, and commercial furniture (FF&E) and finishes.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of interior design, architecture, and engineering disciplines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a higher education setting.
• Familiarity with the Construction and Professional Services Manual (CPSM).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects focused on FF&E, interior design, and minor construction tasks.
• Lead classroom upgrades, department relocations, and furniture specification packages.
• Plan, budget, monitor, and report on projects using project management tools.
• Coordinate with external consultants, furniture vendors, contractors, and architects.
• Gather relevant information for planning solutions and project implementation.
• Ensure close coordination with end-users and stakeholders from various departments.
