About The Position
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction activities on assigned projects by planning, organizing, and implementing site-specific safety programs, project control systems, subcontractor and supplier management, purchasing, and scheduling efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed in a timely manner, adhering strictly to plans, specifications, local codes, budget, and schedule constraints. The Project Manager coordinates and oversees the work of the project team, acting as the key representative for the Company for all assigned projects. A strong understanding of construction methods, excellent documentation skills, and good interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with all members of the project, both internal and external. Flexibility and adaptability are key traits for success in this position, as the Project Manager must be able to work independently while also thriving as part of a project team.
