The Project Manager is responsible for defining project scope, goals, milestones, and critical paths to align with business objectives and customer expectations. They will develop comprehensive project plans and communicate expectations to key stakeholders and executive management. An active presence at job sites is essential, as the Project Manager must effectively communicate any constraints or changes to the relevant departmental stakeholders. Proactive management of project scope changes, crisis issues, and the development of contingency plans are key responsibilities. In addition to overseeing the construction process, the Project Manager will delegate tasks, develop progress reports, and drive results through effective communication and planning. They will coach and mentor project team members and contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and positive action. The role requires daily travel along the I-70 corridor, with the corporate office located in Loveland, CO, and travel to various locations such as Edwards and Frisco.
