We’re looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and manage the post-sales onboarding process for our clients. This role will focus on creating a seamless and positive experience for our clients as they begin their journey with our products. You will own the end-to-end client onboarding timeline and plan in partnership with a technical lead. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer experience, product, and the engineering teams. And we’ll look to you to continuously optimize the time to value for customers to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment and has a passion for building processes that scale while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
