About The Position
Ottimate is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new and existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful execution of statements of work (SOWs) and the deployment of complex implementations. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity closure to initial onboarding and full implementation and to manage existing client requests for enhancements and integration updates. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, facilitating project timelines, and overseeing all aspects of the deployment process.
