The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from late-stage development through Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracting and construction, to completion and hand-off to Asset Operations Management. Responsible for managing multiple projects at a time and accountable for meeting project milestones and maintaining accurate project schedules and budgets including project Profit and Loss. The Project Manager will be responsible for practicing the highest level of project management maturity in managing all project stakeholders including Project Development, Finance, Interconnection & Transmission, Performance Engineering, Owner’s Engineer, Lenders Engineering Representative, Photovoltaic (PV) Contractors, Permitting Entities, specialty and task specific Contractors, Long Lead Equipment Suppliers, Lenders, Tax Equity Investors, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders involved in the project.
