About The Position
Copper River Infrastructure Services is seeking a Construction Site/Project Manager to assist with managing various types of construction projects, specifically focusing on the daily management of facilities-construction activities in Altus, OK. The role involves providing project management and supervision services on security and security-related installations, which includes customer and site coordination, subcontractor management, project sequencing and scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and cost control. The Project Manager will also provide pre-installation services to ensure that the client's needs are met as project development takes place. In addition to these responsibilities, the Project Manager will support project teams with scope development and participate in design reviews and value engineering exercises to efficiently and effectively deliver projects. The role requires the ability to identify risk issues and implement strategies to avoid and mitigate them, ensuring that projects remain on time and within budget. The Project Manager will review constructability issues and provide alternative means and methods to resolve these issues, as well as prepare and manage project execution budgets. The position requires a strong background in construction management, with the ability to provide construction management expertise as needed to execute existing and new opportunities/projects. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the construction process and the ability to navigate construction sites efficiently and safely, while maintaining a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
