Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. In this role, you will lead engineering planning and execution for cement plant construction and modernization projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and project success, manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance to meet project goals, and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will provide technical oversight and guidance during design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
