We are developing an end-to-end approach that provides design, design thinking, agile and lean approaches to product development. We are looking for two Project Managers to support the coordination and execution of workshop-related activities across global teams. These roles are critical in ensuring smooth planning, delivery, and follow-up of workshops, with a strong focus on organization, stakeholder communication, and process tracking. This is a distributed setup: 1 role based in Europe (ideally Prague, Czech Republic) 1 role based in the United States You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that workshops are effectively prepared, executed, and evaluated.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in an international and distributed environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with tracking tools, spreadsheets, or project management platforms
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
  • Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating training sessions, workshops, or events
  • Exposure to corporate or consulting environments
  • Experience working across US and European teams
  • Basic understanding of feedback analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end workshop activities, from preparation to post-session follow-up
  • Manage participant tracking, including invitations, confirmations, and attendance monitoring
  • Ensure timely distribution of pre-workshop materials and feedback requests
  • Collect, track, and consolidate feedback before and after workshop sessions
  • Act as a central point of contact for workshop-related communication
  • Monitor timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify and resolve logistical or coordination issues proactively
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting on workshop outcomes and participation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
