About The Position

This role sits within the Workplace Experience team and serves as a high trust delivery and thinking partner for two flagship Mastercard locations: Arlington and Atlanta. The role combines rigorous project management, operational excellence, workforce analytics, and executive level stakeholder partnership to ensure that workplace initiatives are not only delivered well but aligned to leadership priorities and experienced seamlessly on the ground.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in project coordination or project management in a fast paced environment with multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders and high expectation stakeholders.
  • Strong operational discipline with a track record of reliable follow through.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, structured datasets; charts a plus) and strong PowerPoint storytelling.
  • Comfort with data analysis, KPI reporting, and dashboards
  • Strong executive presence: confident, thoughtful, and composed.
  • Highly relational with the ability to build trust quickly and navigate complexity.
  • Proactive self starter with a team first, service oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in gray areas and balancing strategy with execution.
  • Trusted to handle sensitive information and leadership dynamics with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Curious, respectful, and committed to continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management certification or Agile exposure is a plus.
  • experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Partnership & Leadership Enablement: Serve as a trusted day to day partner to Workplace Experience leadership and senior site leaders; prepare briefs, pre reads, talking points, and synthesis materials; translate strategy into executable plans.
  • Project & Initiative Management: Lead the end to end management of location based initiatives, programs, and events; manage initiative intake, scoping, timelines, dependencies, and risks; coordinate across internal and external partners.
  • Operational Excellence & Team Enablement: Anchor the operating rhythm of the Workplace Experience function; own meeting operations; track and manage budgets tied to site initiatives.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Strategic Insights (Workforce + Performance): Translate data into insight and insight into action; analyze workforce signals; maintain and improve KPI tracking; build Excel based models and reporting tools.
  • Stakeholder Management & Experience Mindset: Build and sustain trust based relationships; apply user experience and employee experience principles; influence without authority; communicate clearly and professionally.
