About The Position

You'll perform as a Senior Project Manager in a Workforce Development & Talent Enablement role. This is a critical position within Lockheed Martin Aeronautics' Global Supply Chain organization. The primary focus of this role is to lead workforce development and talent enablement initiatives, driving strategic change management and continuous improvement efforts to enhance the organization's overall performance and competitiveness. You will have excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will also have training and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and experience with implementing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
  • 8+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience supporting large scale change management initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management
  • Advanced project management, change management, and continuous improvement experience with a focus on workforce development and talent enablement
  • Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum
  • Change Management training and certification
  • Knowledge of project management software, including MS Project or similar tools
  • Training and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
  • Experience with talent development and adult learning principles, including instructional design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic solutions
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain principles especially in a highly regulated environment

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing project plans to achieve workforce development and talent enablement goals
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning experiences
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to align workforce development initiatives with business objectives and drive cultural transformation
  • Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of workforce development programs and inform future strategies
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, developing contingency plans, and ensuring business continuity in a rapidly changing environment
  • Implementing continuous improvement methodologies to drive process improvements and increase efficiency
