Responsibilities

• Lay the foundations of success for the Greensboro, NC market by following the ProCraft Process.
• Thrive in stressful situations and embrace the spotlight to achieve success.
• Utilize past experience in roofing, restoration, or a related field to fast track to mentorship.
• Go door-to-door to set inspections and climb rooftops to perform inspections.
• Inspect and document properties for storm damage, taking photos as necessary.
• Assist homeowners in calling their insurance company to initiate the claim process if sufficient damage is identified.
• Inform homeowners to contact after the next storm if damage is insufficient.
• Review and get contingency agreements signed with homeowners.
• Meet with adjusters to secure roof approvals.
• Manage the build process, documenting progress with photos.
• Collect deductibles and upgrade checks upon completion of the build.
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
