About The Position

We're looking for a Project Manager- Web & Design This role is Remote, United States We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager - Web & Design to oversee and execute global digital initiatives across our marketing website, creative assets, and cross-functional campaigns. This role will manage end-to-end project workflows using Asana, ensuring on-time delivery, alignment with brand standards, and seamless collaboration between design, content, development, and marketing teams. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and operations. EST time zone preferred.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years experience as a digital, creative, or web project manager.
  • Hands-on experience managing workflow in Asana (advanced proficiency preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of website production processes—design, UX, content, development, QA.
  • Experience coordinating creative projects (branding, design assets, marketing collateral).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours and coordinate across global time zones.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Vercel, headless systems).
  • Understanding of SEO and AEO fundamentals, analytics, and web performance best practices.
  • Experience working with external agencies or distributed teams.
  • Basic understanding of Figma or design file workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project management for web, UX, and creative initiatives with global scope.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and task structures in Asana, enforcing process consistency and accountability.
  • Coordinate milestones with designers, developers, copywriters, marketing managers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, track risks, identify blockers, and implement solutions before deadlines slip.
  • Manage updates and enhancements to cornerstone’s global website, collaborating with product/engineering or external agencies as needed.
  • Oversee landing page creation, UX improvements, SEO-aligned content updates, and localization workflows.
  • Review and route requests for new web features or creative outputs, ensuring clear requirements and prioritization.
  • Facilitate design intake, ensuring briefs are complete, requirements are defined, and expectations are aligned.
  • Maintain visibility into the creative team’s workload and help allocate resources effectively.
  • Provide quality assurance on delivered assets for accuracy, brand consistency, and technical requirements.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for regional teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify needs, manage feedback cycles, and maintain project transparency.
  • Communicate status updates, timelines, and risks to leadership and team members.
