Job Description The Project Manager/Sourcing Manager will: Lead medium and large procurement projects relating to conversions and acquisitions Complete strategic competitive analysis, bidding and negotiations for systems and services in WCIB. Act as a data champion for the team, including driving strategy for keeping data updated and managing team’s project pipeline. Participate in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

• Advanced knowledge of project management
• Understanding of procurement with experience in varied projects, such as services, systems, subscriptions, etc.
• Previous experience with acquisitions or conversions
• Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities
