Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and oversee the planning and execution of civil, stormwater, and water/wastewater projects. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with hydraulic modeling and civil design tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel periodically (approx. 15% or more)
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of engineering reports, design documents, and technical specifications
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources across multidisciplinary teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and delivery
- Mentor and develop junior engineering staff
- Serve as lead engineer on stormwater and wastewater projects
- Ensure adherence to standard engineering practices and documentation requirements
- Evaluate evolving water, wastewater, and stormwater regulations and their municipal impact
- Provide technical support on design elements related to resiliency and sustainability
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications while coordinating closely with internal design teams
