As an ENR Top 500 Design Firm, WM’s staff of Professional Engineers, Planners, Surveyors, Technicians, Construction Inspectors, and Support Personnel work on a diverse portfolio of projects involving highways, bridges, transit facilities, water resources, utilities and water & wastewater facilities. Wallace Montgomery is seeking a Water Resources engineer, with at least 8years of professional experience, to work in our Fairfax or Richmond, Virginia office. This individual will be exposed to a variety of project types, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth. Project Managers provide technical supervision and management of projects assigned to them. They also provide design/design oversight for major tasks within projects which are managed by others. Project Managers are required to provide input into preparation of the proposals, budgets, and schedules for new project opportunities. They manage production profitability; implement quality control procedures and liaison with clients. Project Managers may also serve as Project Team Leaders directing day to day technical requirements of staff. It is expected that a Project Manager will work as required to meet the needs of their projects. This may include time outside normally scheduled work hours.
