Review and understand complete project scope of work based on contract requirements including: drawings, specifications, estimates, schedules and applicable building codes. Control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors, and business partners Maintain project schedules, budgets, workflow, and productivity

Requirements

At least five years of experience within the Construction Industry
Must be able to monitor and understand the overall financial status throughout the duration of a project including: subcontract status, vendor status, labor/payroll, small tools, construction equipment, forming materials and systems, miscellaneous materials and project overhead.
Ability to both manage and be part of a team
Ability to develop strong business plans
Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
