AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Vertical Construction to be based in North-East Dallas, Texas. This position will serve on a Municipal Program in northeast Dallas in the role of Owners Representative assisting in managing one or more projects(s) in the design and construction phases. The Senior Project Manager will manage one or more complex project(s) acting as an Owner's Representative as part of a program management team for a municipal client. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the project(s) and ensuring all facets of the project(s) are fully coordinated through all phases including planning and space programming, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. The Senior Project Manager will also manage third party consultants, contractors, and inspectors, serve as a liaison between client personnel and all stakeholders, and be responsible for quality on all deliverables to the client.
