AECOM is seeking a Project Manager V to be based in Sacramento, CA. The role involves managing a complex courthouse project acting as an Owner's Representative for a state client. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the project(s), ensuring full coordination through construction and closeout, managing third-party consultants, contractors, and inspectors, and serving as a liaison between client personnel and stakeholders. The Project Manager will also be responsible for quality on all deliverables, resolving design and construction issues, identifying and managing potential risks, negotiating with consultants and contractors, mentoring junior staff, and applying engineering and management principles to develop effective solutions. Daily field visits to monitor progress and compliance with plans and specifications are also required.
