Your day as a Project Manager - Underground Utilities As a Project Manager at S.J. Louis, you will play a vital role in ensuring a high level of safety on jobsites while overseeing the development of project budgets and scope of work plans. By performing site visits, reviewing specs and drawings, and securing necessary permits, you will troubleshoot areas of concern on existing projects. Effective communication with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and the construction team will be key in providing complete status updates and coordinating pre-construction meetings. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in heavy civil underground utilities construction.
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency including use of Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% with overnight stays.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
  • Estimating background helpful.
