Our work depends on a Project Manager joining us as a member of the client’s team, specializing in providing guidance and support to the client’s Cyber and Cloud technology/security program(s).

  • Provide project integration and programmatic support, technical guidance, and written communications and briefings for IT applications/systems.
  • Interface with Sponsor’s management to plan, present and brief information related to the Sponsor’s portfolio.
  • Make recommendations for process improvement(s) for Sponsor’s portfolio.
  • Prepare communication and materials for IT systems and services for the Sponsor’s use.
  • Prepare user guides for IT systems and services.
  • Prepare monthly project/program briefing slides for IT systems and services.
  • Prepare weekly updates to project schedules, actions, lessons learned, requirements, impact of decisions, and respond to inquiries and questions.
  • Provide project integration and programmatic support for data analysis.
  • Support IT strategic planning and associated business process improvement.
  • Assist in the establishment and implementation of IT processes, IT governance, IT performance metrics and reporting.
  • Provide support to web development, content management and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) in support of program processes and operating procedures.
  • Work with a team of Subject Matter Experts, as well as customer/clients regarding the most effective methods of securely configuring new and existing Cloud services.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and clarify specifications, requirements, and performance measures.
  • 15+ years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Experience translating technical terminology and concepts for non-technical personnel.
  • Experience writing IT procedures for clarity and understanding.
  • Experience providing IT briefings and materials for IT applications/systems.
  • Experience with providing coordination and integration support.
  • Experience with data gathering and product evaluation to determine future solutions.
  • Experience with collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information.
  • Experience with reviewing documentation and revising existing processes and procedures.
  • Experience with updating IT project schedules, tracking actions, and providing demonstrations.
  • Experience working within a dynamic team.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience communicating effectively with a variety of business partners and customers.
  • Experience with one or more Cloud vendors and their native services/environments (Amazon, Microsoft, Google and/or Oracle).
  • Experience with enterprise cybersecurity management platforms.
  • Experience with implementation and assessment of security controls that support authorization and accreditation processes.
  • Experience supporting the NIST Risk Management Framework.
