About The Position
Manages all aspects of transition projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team of stakeholders, to accomplish specific objectives in each time frame and with available resources. Success for this role will require coordination and collaboration across multiple organizations, including Operations, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, PC&L, Facilities, Supply Chain, IT and Finance. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and coordination of In-house and In-draw transition projects. Forecasts staffing, budgets, facility needs, new technology investment and tooling to support company objectives. Guides a team composed of multiple disciplines to ensure projects meets performance requirements as well as customer expectations. Manages the overall scope, schedule, and budget performance of the project.
