Requirements

  • PMP Certified or in process
  • Over 5 years of experience in Electrical Substation/Transformer Project Management
  • Knowledge of P&C, Transformers (Oil & Dry Type), MV & LV Switchgear, Battery Banks, Generator Systems, ATS
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret contracts, specifications, budgets, and scope of work
  • Understanding of transformers, their function, operation, and repair. LTC is a bonus.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
  • SAP knowledge & its use

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate customer and order information
  • Review and confirm service documentation in SAP
  • Facilitate communication between field and production teams to support AR reduction
  • Manage commercial operations to ensure timely payments
  • Confirm product schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials
  • Provide administrative support for turnkey and service projects
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding updates, scheduling, and documentation
  • Resolve customer disputes and ensure successful project close-out
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
