About The Position

As a global leader in experiential marketing, we deliver high-impact events that connect audiences and drive measurable results. We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Project Manager to join our US team. You’ll support the delivery of complex event programs, collaborate with senior team members, and take ownership of day-to-day project execution across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, events, or experiential marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the US

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike) and event platforms (e.g., Cvent) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Leads and Senior Project Managers in building strong client relationships
  • Participate in client meetings, calls, and status updates
  • Manage day-to-day client communications across assigned projects
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded
  • Oversee execution of events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workback schedules
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track
  • Identify risks and proactively support solutions to maintain delivery
  • Maintain organized project documentation
  • Use internal systems and tools (e.g., Wrike, Project Lab 360) to manage workflow
  • Support sourcing, briefing, and managing third-party vendors
  • Assist with contracts and ensure suppliers meet project requirements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution
  • Support live, virtual, and hybrid events on-site as needed
  • Manage team and client briefings, supplier coordination, and schedules
  • Troubleshoot issues during events
  • Assist with post-event debriefs and reporting
  • Track project budgets and support financial management across workstreams
  • Assist with estimates, budget updates, and cost tracking
  • Support invoice reconciliation and accurate financial reporting
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
